    DBI 3.1A on Alpha OpenVMS 6.2.
    Oracle7 version 7.1.5, at least SQL*net 2.1, there is not server engine
    on the client.
    
    DBI_ORABLD.COM failed due to referencing the logical ORA_SQLOLB, which
    should point to ORA_ROOT:[UTIL].
    
    Edited it to ORA_SQLLIB and we were in business:-)
    
    This one is for information only as I assume it is fixed in 7.0?

    Yup, this is fixed in V7.0.  We look in both places for the file. 
    It seems that it moves from version to version of Oracle.  Keeps us
    on our toes, anyway!
