I don't think there is a way to do this, but thought I would throw it out for you anyway... I have a customer that would like to track what usernames attach to a sybase db using the sybase gateway. Is there anyway to do this? Renee

1116.1 | dbi/proxies might help | BROKE::ABUGOV | Wed Jan 22 1997 13:20 | 10
Hi Renee, I don't know of any way to do this. What the customer might be able to do is install DBI, and use proxies for each individual Sybase user and use the native sybase apps to track users. Thats all I can think of off the top of my head... dan

Thanks Dan. Melanie was going to check for Sybase system tables that might help track individual connects too, but that won't differentiate gtwy connects vs. isql connects. Renee |
