Hi,

we have an installation where the customer wants to use Netware
and DBI GW for RMS on Alpha. On the server everything works fine, it's 
just that the Novell served PC's can't connect to the SQL services.

It seems we're needing Interconnection's Leverage for Netware. The
config guide mentions Diane Hamilton as a contact person, but I 
don't find her in ELF (to Oracle?).

- What exactly do I need (software, version)
- Where can I get this (buy, loan, test) stuff for 5 conc. users

Help, please...

    Hi Andreas,
    
    Maybe Diane Hamilton works for Novell?
    
    You need DBI Gateway for RMS, SQL/Services and Common Components. If
    ordered through Digital then you'll get all of these pieces by just
    placing an order for the DBI gateway.
    
    Because the network is IPX/SPX you'll also need Interconnection's
    Leverage for Netware. Have you tried calling Diane?

    Yup, Diane Hamilton is the Novell contact.
    
    Got this from the SQL Services folks:
    
    Dan,
    
       Interconnection's Leverage for Netware is the SPX/IPX stack supported by
       SQL/Services on the server.  On the client using Novel's Netware product
       is what is supported on Windows V3.1 PC's.  The configuration needs to
       be set properly in WINDOWS SETUP and in \WINDOWS\SQSAPIW.INI.

Hi,

we still don't know where to get the piece of software from that
we need to get SQL/Services & Novell up and running!

Nobody from Novell in Germany ever heard of Interconnection Leverage software.

Tried to call/fax Diane Hamilton on (206)881-4046 but can't get through.

Spoke with somebody else from Novell in Washington state - she couldn't 
find Diane Hamilton in her databases/employee listings.

Urgent help, please!!!
