I'm working with a gentleman who is having a distressing problem. Running Word
7.0a, we can't seem to use the plain Arial font. We have arial bold, rounded and
narrow, but no normal. In the winnt/system directory, the normal arial font
is present, but when we open a new document or normal.dot, arial does not
appear in the font window.
Any clues?
