Just got the tape this morning and will give it a listen on the way
home tonight since my changer is STILL down and no answer from the tech
weenies...I probably coulda had it fixed by now if I had the info I
need on it! ;-)
Thanks, and what wuzzit you wanted me to dub for ya? I ferget what I
had mentioned....you want heavy/hard metal? Doom/Cool jams like
Cathedral? Type O by chance? :-) Varga, Kyuss (Sky country)? Lemme

excellent album, and IMO very addictive [without the added
side effect of deteriorating your heart muscles 8^)].

Well, I gave it a listen, kinda reminds me for some reason of Marylin
Manson....not alot, but kinda....and unfortunately they didn't do
anything for me...heavy on some bass/drum notes, vocal style with
effects got annoying to my (IMHO ;-) )
As for a tape for ya, I will spin Type O for you, and I am not sure
which one I want to put on the tape! I have both releases, one with 9
tracks (includes Suspended in Dusk, previously unreleased) and the
other has 13 or 14, not including SID, but has kill all the white
people, and some other punkier stuff, dark side of the womb, bloody
kisses, summer girl, set me on fire, blood and fire, christian woman,
etc... and If I can I will dupe a demo tape from my friends cousin's
band "Love making War". Max plays drums in it. Decent 6 song demo, they
are working on another demo tape over the next couple/three months.
Lemme see how much space I have left on the tape for the Type O stuff,
if I can I will dupe the longer disc and add SID to it as a bonus!! You
*should* like that tune! I love it!

BTW - My friend showed me that MM "sweet dreams" video taped off mtv,
sick bunch there for damn sure! Also saw Wierd Al's "Gump"! What a RIOT
that video is! He's got a skinhead wig on playing a 1 string bass,
doing the tune to Forrest Gump, "He's Gump, He's Gump, He's Gump,
what's with his hair?" A RIOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There's a video for "Gump"?? I didn't know that.
The reason I even knew that the new album was ready to be rel-
eased was that I saw the video for "Amish Paradise".
Most of the album is a riot ... do a SEARCH on "yankovic" in
note 166 and you should be able to find the review I posted.

I'll try to work on it this weekend, I don't know if I will get it done
tonight or not, the SO is coming back tonight and I was gonna try and
get to her place before she gets in from Albany and if I head there
tonight I won't be back till sunday/monday night....I will, I will,
trust me, I used to work for the government (really! Navy).

| Ugly Mustard concert update:
Um, I have band-aids on my knees. I was stupid and tried to keep one
knee on the stage at all times while trying to withstand the force of
the mosh pit. It was the coolest show I've been to in a while. This
time, Kelly (the singer) was covered in hefty bags, don't ask me!!
I had to take a 30 minute time out for reasons I prefer not to disclose.
Shawn, you will dig them.
