Yeah, I have one of their albums. I think it is just entitled
"Trapeeze". I haven't listened to it in ages. Carmine Appice was the
drummer no?

| I don't know about Carmine Appice but I do know that Dave Holland
(of Priest fame) thumped the tubs with Trapeze.

Thats intresting about Dave Holland. Could be after Appice was with
them. I know they released a couple of albums, don't recall how many.
Wasn't this band formed shortly after Beck Bogart and Appice called
it quits?

| If I remember well, Peter Goalby has also been lead singer for a while with
Trapeze before leaving for Uriah Heep.

900.5 | Trapeze | NEWOA::SCHANZER_D | | Fri Dec 18 1992 13:01 | 20 |
| Trapeze did get back together for a few live shows,with the following
line-up:-
Glenn Hughes - Bass/Vocals(Second to none!)
Dave Holland - Drums
Mel Galley - Guitar ex Whitesnake
Geoff Downes - Keybords - on loan from Asia
Pity I didn't get to see them , I'm a big Glenn Hughes fan - his work
with Pat Thrall on the Klassic Hughes/Thrall album was killer stuff!!
Glenn then went on to record an album with ex Europe guitarist, John
Norum after his stint with Trapeze.

900.8 | Down from the Glenn came the marching men! | NEWOA::SCHANZER_D | | Tue Dec 22 1992 11:25 | 15 |
| Walruf, check out an album called simply,Hughes and Thrall.
It was recorded in 1982 ish and produced by Andy Johns. This was the
only album they recorded together and is an absolute killer album.
Check out the opening track "I got your Number" - wicked!!
Musicianship in first rate - Glenn handles bass, Pat Thrall ( ex
Automatic Man/Pat Travers) handles axework, Tommy Aldridge ( no intro
reqd) and Franki Banalli (ex Quiet Riot) handle da drums.
You may have problems finding it, but if you do let me know and I'll
make sure you hear it!..Know wha' I mean??!!
Cheers Skank.
