| I`ve got Necroticism - Descanting the insolubrious and it`s a classic
of sorts. A few more blitz speed attacks (ho,ho) would have been
nice,though. It`s tad too slow for my liking.

| IF YOYU LIKE NECROTICISM, ITS JUST ALITTLE TO SLOW,YOU SHOULD LISTEN TO
SYMPHONIES OF SICKNESS , IT IS THEIR BEST ONE OF THE LOT.
I THINK YOU WILL FIND ITS SPEED AND STYLE A LITTLE MORE TO YOUR
LIKING.

| Well Cook,
Was Syphonies poorly produced? I think the album sounds great.
What do you mean by poorly produced?
I would agree that it was difficult to find, "poorly distributed"
but as far as being poorly produced, I dont know, like I said it sounds
fine to me.
As far as my hearing ability...I could hear a purelent canker
burst at fifty paces!

| Carcass is such as a BAD band. I just saw them last Friday and
Saturday with Napalm Death, Brutal Truth, Cathedral, Putric Decay
and 2 other local bands. Wish they still around, so I can see them
again.

858.13 | Heartwork was awesome!! | KAOFS::C_MENENDEZ | CARLOS, SOO ONT C. SERVICES (705)946-3631 | Mon Apr 17 1995 12:57 | 11 |
| I have their last CD (corect me if I'm wrong), it's a CD called
heartwork. I loved it!
On a couple of songs, it almost seems as the band let it al loose
and the song gets as heavy and as fast as it can go.
IMO, definitely worth adding to a heavy metal collection. Bands
like Bon Jovi, Van Halen and the like should listen to more of this
stuff and learn from it.

Hmm, I just got this last night and am working my way through it in its
entirety.....but....all I can say is..."Brutal stuff!" I have to get
used to this guys vocals.....he isn't what I expected for a singer in
the band....not the usual stuff like Nuclear Death's gravelly/man, I
can't think of a description for some of these guys...where do they
come from? The bowels of hell itself? Or is that where they take their
lessons! :-)

858.15 | Carcass now a CARCASS!! | KAOFS::C_MENENDEZ | CARLOS, SOO ONT MCS (705)945-7862 | Mon May 27 1996 14:53 | 7 |
| Last I read, Carcass has ceased to exist. Apparently a problem with
their label left the band with an unreleased full CD!!
This is just too bad....

858.16 | Heartwork is fine | TPLAB::VLASIU | Sorin Vlasiu - Brussels, Belgium | Mon Sep 02 1996 04:28 | 9 |
| Finally I got their Heartwork album and I like it. Quite energetic. I've
heard before their song "The future belongs to no one" and this convinced me to
check further.
I think they are in the same vein as early Coroner (if you like Heartwork you
should also like Coroner's R.I.P).
Now I'm looking for Theatre of Tragedy, Angra and Uriah Heep's re-released
Live 1973.
