    he said he wouldn't disclose who is in his new band, but sounds like

    Monday night on MTV.  Music was pretty good, but I thought the lyrics

    I saw the new Vince Neil video this weekend.  IMO, as far as the
    physically appealing part of it goes, it was totally gross.  I think
    Vince looks real yucky.  His face looked bloated and old.  He was
    barefoot, wearing fishnet spandexy pants, and a button up baseball
    shirt.  (yes, for real)  He looked maybe softish-overweightish.  He was
    kind of un-hyper.  I couldn't tell who the rest of the band was, the
    camera wasn't on them long enough.  I thought that maybe for a second
    Nuno was playing guitar but I coulda been hallucinating.
    
    I though the song was fair lyrical-wise, and pretty roolin music wise.
    
    I don't think his spirit was the same without MC.  I wish they would

    I didn't expect his material to be quite that good seeing how Nikki
    wrote most of the old material.

       From what I heard all the guys from the Damn Yankees except Ted 
    wrote and recorded with Vince. They're not gonna tour with him since
    they have the awesome band themselves.

    Vince Neil is the epitomy of the whole LA rocker type (to me
    anyway).He`s a smart enough bloke in my mind,and inspired a million

        I think he is running way under par.  He is EXTREMEly talented and
      his voice kicks *ss but the lyrics are amateur material.  'You're
      invited but your friend can't come' ...  What ever happened to music

    This song is off of a movie soundtrack. It's unclear if he's done
    an album, but I doubt it. Maybe after the racing circuit is over.

    I do like Nikki's lyrics better...They paint great images.
       Give Vince a break though...It's his first song without some people 
    he's been with a LONG time. PLus it's for a PAULY SHORE movie

    I always liked Steve's ray-gun effect (which btw is not made by the toy
    ray gun, but by a delay in his effects rack...).  I thought he overused

    I heard a blurb on the radio this am about the annoucement for Vince
    Neil's BAND.  It was on when my alarm clock radio went off, and I
    was still in a comatic state, and didn't catch any names other than
    that they were announcing them...anyone hear whos in his new band
    officially?!?

    I didn't read that, BUT I did read that Vince is sueing Motley re: a
    contract they had which said "each member will receive 1/4 of all
    earnings made under the name Motley Crue".  Vince wants the band members
    to uphold that contract, which has his name on the 1/4 of all earnings
    part, even though he's not in the band anymore, and the band is going
    "like if?".  I think Vince will win, actually.  A contract is a
    contract ... legal and binding on both sides, doncha know.

    album, same line up of people that played on Vince's last song (you'
    re Invited...) and that its release date is Feb. A year later from
    the day he was fired from MC.

    I heard a new song from old Vinnie last week.  It sounded pretty good,
    but the lyrics were total pap.  Horrid in that respect.  The sound was
    very similar to the later Crue stuff that I'd heard, real pop sounding,

    "You're invited but your friend can't come" is by far the best track on
    the album; the rest of it is wanky wanky guitars and uninspiring cheasy
    lyrics. 
    
    Vince will probably get the chance to do one more album with these
    losers and then they'll be dropped from the label.

    and the other members are free to look for other oppurtunities,

    their video's Nikki said that Vince was the perfect lead singer. I

    Haha!  Reminds me of the apartment that two of my high school friend's
    and I moved into in '84.  Another friend comes over the day after we
    moved in and says "I brought ya a housewarming present", plunks down a
    paper bag on the table.  We opened it up and there's a 6 of some
    horrible brew, like Milwalkee's Best or Red, White & Blue...one of
    those.  Completely undrinkable.  We were kind of like,
    "Um...thanks..." and he says, "You know what it's for, right?".  We
    said "Well, no." and he replied "It's so you ALWAYS have beer in the
    fridge!".  HAahhahaha!
    
    It was true, that swill was still in there when we moved out.  I will
    admit to using one can of it to clean the battery terminals on my car.

      I turn on Run-away with the rich and famous, and who do I see?
    The Vin-man. He was skiing in Squaw valley, riding in helicopters,
    hot-tubbing with many fine women, bunji jumping on top of a mountain,
    4-wheeling in a (looked like a hummer, but it cost something like 82K.)

    I heard that Vince was in a Jet-Ski accident recently, and was hurt,
    somewhat seriously, and the goofs from Crue were making fun of him
    when asked if they had heard about the accident, Mick said something
    like, You're Invited But I Weigh a Ton. They were pretty much being
    Knobs. Also heard Vince and Tommy were at bar, and Vince tried to
    get Tommy thrown out.
    
    I guess the accident couldn't have been too serious, as I heard
    he's working on the new album, with the same guys minus Steve Stevens
    (for now) also some outside help from quite a few people in the
    music business, artists, producers, songwriters etc. Also heard
    he's considering giving the band a name other than Vince Neil...

    Sounds like they are copying Vince, he said rather then try and
    headline a tour, he opted for opening (how ironic) for Van Halen,
    I also saw him in Toronto at a small club called RPM's. Vince did
    the right thing starting small and getting tight as musicans, Motley's
    ego's are too big, they figured they'd open for Aerosmith (who I
    saw last night in Ottawa) in Europe and then go on they're headliner,
    WRONG. I haven't even heard anything about Motley, tour or other
    wise, except the sh!tty things they've been saying about Vince,
    and that they are bummed about the record sales.

    Someone mentioned to me that Vince now has Billy Idol's old drummer?
    Is Vik Foxx gone? I think perhaps this person got their lines mixed
    up cause Steve Steven's went back to Billy Idol, but they insisted
    it was Idol's drummer. I know Brent Woods is with Vince from Wildside,
    apparently the radio guy's message was; Vince's new album should

    Vince Neil confirmed reports that, the Crue had tried to get him
    back, indirectly. Vince said, why would I go back to a group that
    doesn't even have a record deal. Vince said the record company the
    Crue was with didn't want to spend another 4 and a half million
    on an album that only sold 250,000 copies (I have 2). Vince said
    the second album is recorded and will be recorded by the Duke Bros.
    while he is touring in Japan ( Where his Exposed album went platnium
    and debut at #1) This will be the Duke Bros first rock album, they
    appparently are heavy drum sound, this is the direction Vince wanted
    after going heavy guitar sound with Steve Stevens on his first album.
    
    Vince has no intentions of EVER going back with the group that stabbed
    him in the back and tried to ruin his career, he cut down Tommy
    Lee for wearing that Nazi jacket on the sleve of the new Crue album,
    which got them in trouble with the one of the executives (who happened
    to be Jewish)also claiming the fight many people saw on Hard Copy,
    Tommy was making racial slurs. 
    
    Vince's new album should be out some time in the new year, but
    unfortunately these dates usually get pushed back. And he apparently
    will be moving to Barbadoes/Bahamas for good next year and open
    his own studio for his band to come to when they record. He is tired

    	RIGHT ON, My Favourite band of all time. Last I heard was;
    Vince had completed his new album Pirate Radio -- due out this month,
    they were putting the finishing touches on it, while the band toured
    Japan to get the show down pat. And last I heard on the Crue was
    that, they had been recording, and had alot of material, Sixx said,
    they might release a 3 record LP, 1 with commercial type tunes,
    1 very heavy underground type, and 1 essentric sounding one (what
    ever that means) and that they had a new record label, can't remember
    the name though. 
    
    	Man that'd be great, (I know half of you couldn't give a crap)
    I always thought they'd get back, but not for a while (ie 5-10yrs)
    But I guess its been about 3-4 yrs now (wow that is pretty long)

I dunno, I didn't hear it myself. I heard it from a friend that said it was 
on the "Week in Rock" on eMTyV.  I've always been a big crue fan and hope they'd
go back to the original lineup!

    	On Saturday, I walked into a pub to catch a hockey game, and
    right when I walked in on the TV the Crue was on Inside Edition,
    and before I could see what they were talking about, they flipped
    it to the hockey game, its been driving me nuts. I've only heard

    	Well, everyone can put the re-union of the Crue outta their
    minds, it was nothing more then a rumor. Vince's new album was due
    out in April, but was delayed til June 23rd, due to a title change
    and new artwork, it is now called Carved In Stone, and not Pirate
    Radio. From what I've heard this should be an excellent album, they
    said the first one didn't do to well, and that was basically because,
    Vince wanted to get it out quickly, and that the album was basically
    for himself, and not the fans, where as the new one is more for
    the fans.
    
    	He has a new girlfriend some Playboy/actress Heidi something,
    and she did one of those Playboy Video's in which Vince also appears
    in. He has quit drinking (again) and has been in the gym, no longer
    rents his mansion out to porn-company's, and has still been racing.

    	Brent Woods from Wildside, and Dave Marshall who was there last
    year, has left the band (don't know why) but some guy who helped
    with the album (forget his name) singing background and some guitar,
    is joining Vince on the road, to replace Marshall.

    	After reading my last reply, it sounds like Woods had left the
    band. He hasn't only Marshall has. The guy who helped co-write alot
    of the album and sang, as well as some guitar was Marti Frederikson.
    Don't know were he came from though. Vince's new Playboy girlfriends

    	Apparently another reason for the delay in Vince's new CD Carved
    in Stone, besides the title change and new artwork, was that Vince's
    4yr old daughter was diagnoised with cancer. Skylar although is
    responding well to the medication and might/should make a full
    recovery. 
    
    	As for the rumors on the Crue-Reunion, word is Vince and Sixx
    talked, made up, but didn't consider a reunion. They just put their
    differences aside. 
    
    	Vince is hopeing to be touring by the end of July...

    Saw Vinnie and his girlie friend on American Gladiators over the
    weekend. Nice looking young lady......lousy athlete!! She got summarily
    tromped by the "TOOL TIME" girl.

    could be heard over the rest of the crowd quite easily. Getting out of
    the Crue doesn't seem to have hurt him any....he's still making money

    Had, the day booked off yesterday to get the new Vince...Got up
    nice and early, drove down town (CD WareHouse) got there at 9:20am
    the store didn't open til 10:00. No problem, til it started to rain,
    (didn't have the roof on my jeep) Finally, the store opens. I went
    straight to the Vince Neil section, and I can see 2 disc's in the
    location, so I'm pumped...Both were Exposed...So i go up to the
    guy who's working, and asked if new Vince was released today, he
    punches it up on the computer, and says, "Ya" its probably still
    in the boxes out back, I'll get it for ya...Wait 10 minutes, comes
    back laughing, sorry man, they are holding it back til Aug 8th now...
    
    I'm like, WHAT, every store I asked said July 18th, one even showed
    me in writing... But the truth is, I should have known, there hasn't
    been a single released yet, and usually Radio Stations get the single
    a couple weeks before the CD is released...
    
    However, it was not all bad, I went to a bunch of CD Shops, and
    decided I'd pick-up Brent Woods, old band WildSide. I saw it in
    the first store, but not in any of the other stores I visited, so
    I returned to CD WareHouse, and picked up Under the Influence, for
    $20...Just had hear what he sounds like...I was pretty impressed,
    he is a great guitar player, and he wrote/co-wrote, most of the
    material. The singing didn't impress me much, alot like Slaughter,
    Cinderella, Quiet Riot, with a little Bullet Boys...Maybe I do like
    it??? I don't know...So it wasn't all bad, but I found out Aug.
    8th is also a Tuesday, the Tuesday after the long weekend, "Perfect"
    So I'm booking it off...

    	Its offical, Aug 8th will be the release of Vince's new CD.
    The reason it was not released on the 18th of July, was that the
    Japanese Record afiliate, didn't want to lose money on Bootlegs
    coming over early, they want a worldwide release on the 8th of Aug.
    
    	Vince's Tour however has been postponed, due to situation of
    his daughter Skylar Neil. She was dyagnoised (sp) with cancer, on
    each kidney. Treatment has nearly stop the tumer on the right kidney,
    but the left kidney (and more aggressive cancer) has spread to her
    liver. She will under go her 5th operation, apparently she almost
    died on the table during one of the operations. She also cannot
    breath on her own and requires a resperator, which also means she
    can't speak. Vince apparently is constantly by her side, and said
    he doesn't give a S#!t about anything else. He has also written
    a song for his daughter called Neverending Love, a CD single and
    Video which will be all clips of him and his daughter, in which
    the proceeds will go to childrens Cancer Research, and when he does
    go back on tour, a percentage of each show will go to that city's
    Childrens Hospital. He says he wants people to know who his daughter
    is and the video will show that and he asks that people throw in
    a prayer for his and other peoples children in the same or similar
    situations.

    I don't think there will be a tour of from Vince as he's recovering
    from the death of his daughter who succumed to stomach cancer.While
    Vince has never been much of a favourite or mine I felt really bad for
    him.
      The word about the new album is its different from his usual stuff
    and pre-reports state is pretty good....but we all know it all about

    	Well, I'm back (I was in the hospital for just over a week,
    fighting off death, and of course I won...) I was admitted the day
    the new Vince CD was to be released, but unfortunately due to the
    sickness of his daughter, who did die last Thursday due to her stomach
    cancer, the CD has still to be released. It has been a real tough
    month for Vince, but he plans to release the new CD (new release
    date is September 8th could be longer though) he also plans to release
    the song he did for Skylar, title change from "Neverending Love"
    to "Skylar's Song", as well as the home video, and all proceeds
    going to cancer research. 
    
    	The good news is that his new single "The Crawl" was played
    on the radio for the first time Monday (here in Ottawa anyways)
    and I taped it and it is amazing, great guitar, bass, drumming,
    and his vocals are as usual awesome. 
    
    	Can't really say anything else, but today is my first day back
    and once again, alls I have is another possible release date. I
    don't really know when it will be released, or when he'll start
    touring (he has stated he will tour) I mean this is one of the toughest
    times he will ever go through.

    	The reason Vince's new CD is being highly praised, is because
    Vince doesn't have that ego-tecno guitarist Steve Stevens. Brent
    Woods is great on the first single I've heard (The Crawl) nothing
    like Stevens' over-played machine gunning. He is OK, but definately
    not in the top five.
    
    	As for Paula, you looked pretty silly here the other day while
    I was crankin' the new Vince for ya, come on just admit it, it blows
    Crue away, and you liked it...Kinda hard to swallow your pride and
    admit you were totally wrong, again...*))
    
    	Again, the new release date is supposedly Sept. 18th. But again,
    who knows with the death and personal issues Vince is facing right

    Actually it's very good (and I ain't saying that just cuz I know Bob)

    Brent Woods was from another LA band (go figure) called Wildside. Not
    at all a bad band, and they do have a CD or two out.
    
    Of course Davey, if you want to hear it King Bobby has it.
    
    As far as Brent's playing ability he's not that bad, BUT....he's no
    Steve Stevens. You may however get a really TAINTED opinion of this

    I like Brent Woods a lot as a guitar player -- he was taught by Randy
    Rhoads and George Lynch!  He has a great sound and style ... /k and I
    saw them (Wildside) open for Dream Theater and I really liked the show.

    I stopped into CD Warehouse today and they said tommorrow. However,
    I read the review in Metal Edge on the weekend. The CD cover is
    something like a big eye-ball, and they said it was released in
    August...They said there are a couple of hip-hop type songs, some
    real heavy and some other experimental stuff, all in all a good
    review saying Vince has covered every aspect of music which should
    make it a pretty popular CD (commercially & Financially)

    	Bad news, I went to the CD shop (the only one within 30 min
    of work) and they hadn't received the shipment yet...The term Phuck,

    huge praise on Vince's versions of 25 from 6 to 4 by Chicago, and

    	Its got some scratchin' in it, but in a Beastie Boyz style with
    great heavy groovey guitar work. Brent Woods is awesome. There are
     10 tracks, the covers aren't on it though. I wonder if there are
    two different CD's, one for Canada, and the one that was released
    last month in LA. 
    
    	Skylar's Song is cool, its kind sad because the song was written
    and sung while she was still alive, and the lyrics are basically,
    you're gonna make it, everything will be ok - so its kinda sad,
    but a great song (produced by Vince) with some great pianoin'...

    	Quite good, overall.  Those expecting a new "Motley Crue" album
    	are definitely going to be disappointed.
    
    	"Breking in the Gun" starts out with a riff that could have been
    	taken right off of Alice In Chains' "Facelift".
    
    	"The Way" has a rhythm track that you'd swear was from a Renegade
    	Soundwave song.
    
    	Record scratching [in moderation, thankfully], voice-overs, good
    	guitar and vocals.
    
    	It's a keeper.  But for some reason Vince just wasn't cut out to
    	do ballads, so I wish he'd stop.  "Power ballad", yes ... so the
    	guitars and heavy drums can mask his voice.  But not the straight
    	ballads that only provide a keyboard or acoustic background.
    

 	On 1st listen, on a scale 1-10, I'd give it a 5.. I've heard alot worse, but 
	then again, I've heard alot better.. 

	No offense to Vince's daughter.. I think it was nice that he wrote a song for
	her.. but the ballad was horrible...

	I'd have to give it a few spins before I gave it a real review...

    	After 3 or 4 listens:
    
    	Brent Woods is excellent.  No talent lost by replacing Steve
    	Stevens.
    
    	"Breaking in the Gun" is working its way into my top 5 list for
    	1995 ... not that I could rattle off a list right now, but if I
    	could then it'd be in there somewhere.  And "The Way" isn't too
    	far behind.
    

    
    	This CD kicks some major - butt...Your right Breakin' the Gun is
    awesome, The Crawl is amazing (and the first single), One Way is also
    kickin'. I for one like Skylar's song, i think its greta, same as the
    last two songs, especially the second last (the title escapes me right
    now) and the last one, The Rift, which was written by Brent Woods. It
    was suppose to be used in a movie sound track but obviously didn't, and
    it made its way to Vince's CD. But exactly as stated earlier, if your
    looking for an "Old Crue Style CD" this is not for you. Vince has gone
    in a different direction for this one, and it is definately a direction
    that I like...This CD Smokes, but again, its not for everyone...

    	Vince's new CD, was released (apparently only 150) without Skylar's
    Song, which was suppose to a single on its own. And it had the cover
    tunes (which are suppose to be awesome) the Iggy Pop and Chicago
    songs, removed because Warner Bros didn't want to pay the costs
    for releaseing cover songs. So thats the reason it was majorly delayed,
    and thats why the cover songs aren't on it...But it is still awesome...

	I don't really like is the drums on most of the tracks.. maybe I need to get use

    Cool! I'd go to that show just for grins! I never really was a Motley
    Crue fan like a number of other people. They really didn't impress me
    with their bad-boy attitude(s) and glamour-boy looks like they used to
    do......never really like Vince much either, not that I have heard his
    solo project(s)....now gimme John Oliva solo and I'll be there! I was
    hoping his side-project would get off the ground (I heard he was
    supposed to form a group called Dr. (or doctor) Butcher but nothing as
    of late, and last I heard he was still working on a second Rock Opera.
    
    His brother is also missed, an up-and-coming guitarist! Kid could

    	Paula, Vince was the one who laid the whoppin'. Apparently he
    was having a small party/ or guests, and one of the guests parked
    in the neighbours spot. Vince and the guy started arguing, and a
    fight broke out, after Vince Kicked his Ass, he returned to the
    party. Later on Vince found a huge rock, through the windshield
    of his Rolls. Thats what Vince is charging him for, while the other
    guy is charging Vince, for being his personal punching bag...Vince
    also said that during the arguement, something was said about Skylar,
    so he SNAPPED...And whats this obsetion with Vince's weight??? He's
    still got a wicked girlfriend and more money then everyone here
    combined...Plus after a month on the road, he'll be back to normal.
    I mean he has to keep his fighting weight up, if he's gonna keep
    layin' beatings on people...*)) 
    	Also heard Vince was on-line, talkin to fans a few weeks ago,
    and one interneter, was Lita Ford, who was askin' about Sky, the
    new CD, and upcoming tours. Vince also said, they might do a few
    sneak shows under a fake name. He also said, there is a chance in
    the future he may record with Motley again, and maybe even tour,
    but he said he will never be a part of the band again. Apparently
    him a Sixx have buried the hatchett, and that the lawyers have been
    talkin about gettin' back together. Other then that, his new CD
    kicks ass, I've been listening to it all month...Includin' right

    The old lad I work with (you know who, Davey) left his weekly trash mag
    (Enquirer, I think?) and there is an article on non other than Vince
    Boyardee Neil himself.
    APPARENTLY....Vinnie's neighbor came over with his boyfriend and asked
    why all of the parking spaces were taken up. Old drunk Vinnie starts yelling
    homophobic slurs at the man and proceeds to beat on this guy. The guy
    then called the cops and Vince was arrested for assault, and uttering
    threats, because he told the little guy that he was going to kill him.
    I can't remember anything in the text about the rock in the windshield
    of the Rolls, however they did have a photo of said rock.
        Now I know that Bobby T has already told you this story and this is
    not news to anyone. BUT........
    
    What Bobby failed to mention was that the neighbor was half Vinnies
    size (As most of us are NOW), and that the man is in the final stages
    of full blown Aids. Real big defeat there Vinnie!!

    they are having special report on neighbours from hell...So I guess

    I'd like to see it though, I also heard he was in People Magazine

    	He said he was hoping to start touring in Mid-Nov, but I haven't
    heard anything new. I love the Carved in Stone CD, it's still kickin
    in my CD player, simply awesome stuff. I hope he comes to Ottawa
    this year or atleast Montreal aswell as Toronto.

        I am not disputing that they are not the same as they were....and
    if I'm into my Motley phase, I always grab an older CD (with Vince)
    because that's the Crue I grew to lovelike, but that does not negate
    the fact that the new CD has some good stuff. It still has the same
    "heavy groove" that it always did......the MAIN music and song writer
    (read: SIXX) is still the backbone of the group, and the music hasn't
    changed. Just the voice singing it. Listen to Smoke the Sky or
    Misunderstood and tell me this isn't still the CRUE. It's not like they
    went back to the Theatre days..

    it in Japan last night and has 4 more dates there, then he goes
    to Rio I believe...Finally got the People Magazine article on Vince
    and the death of Skylar 3pgs long some pretty sad photo's though,
    Vince in her room, her in the hospital, her grave, Vince and Heidi
    at the funeral...

    I gave Carved in Stone a listen last night.Very differant from his Crue
    days. Brent Woods is good. I wish that they played a bit more of his
    solo at the end of track #4(can't remember the name). The song ended
    just as the solo was getting real good.
    The Crawl, IMO is the best song on the CD. Skyler's Song is a nice
    tune. It is sad that his little girl died from cancer at such a young
    age.

I always wonder about weddings that get called off...  Isn't it just easier not
to get married at all?  The hought of backing out of my wedding never entered my
mind.

    	Vince apparently asked for and received his out right release
    from Warner Bros. He didn't like the lack of support he was getting
    from the record co. (ie didn't allow the cover tunes, didn't help
    promote the CD or tour). And news I got, about 10 minutes prior
    to show-time was VIKKI FOXX has been AXED. Apparently the drummer
    had been taking equipment home without anyones permission/knowledge,
    and denied it which lead to his firing.
    
    	Now for the offical HAIRAPOLUZZA - UNZIPPED TOUR Concert review.
    
    Got into Toronto early 3:00 in the afternoon, toured and
    drank...Line-up started around 5:00. Some of the members of Warrant,
    Slaughter and Robbie Crane (Vince's Bassist) were mingeling. Met
    a ton of people had a blast. Slaughter came on around 9:30pm (doors
    opened at 8:00) good show, but the guitars drownded out the singer.
    
    There were ONLY 7 Vince Neil shirts remaining, the night before
    in Detroit 10,000 fans bought up everything, saving us Canadian
    die-hards hats only. I was 8th in line to get the shirts,  when
    I found out, there was only 7. So I bought one off a guy for twice
    the price, $60. But I am 1 of the elite 7, in Canada...
    
    Warrant came on around 11:00. I have never been a Warrant fan, but
    they put on an excellent show. The singer diving into the crowd,
    and body-surfin. And their new stuff sounds pretty good/heavy.
    When Warrant was over, I sent my buddy out to buy me 5 more beers.
    
    I was right against the stage, 5 beers set-up aswell as my camera.
    I was already pretty smashed by this time. So now was the time I
    found out about Vikki Foxx, and then who do I see coming on stage
    to check out the drums...None other then Randy Castello (Ozzy's
    drummer - Think I spelt his name wrong though). Man WHAT A SHOW...
    I got a picture of the song line-up ( but haven't got the prints
    back yet) But Vince opened with Kickstart my Heart. Other songs
    he did and not in order, Looks that Kill, Red Hot, S.O.S, Dr. Feelgood,
    Home Sweet Home, The Crawl, Your Invited But your Friend Can't Come,
    Breakin in the Gun and for the first time I got to hear 25 from
    6 to 4 - AMAZING -...His encores were Live Wire and Wild Side.
    Vince and I split a beer, Robbie Crane gave me a pic and he also
    gave me a beer, and I think I touched Vince more times in 2hrs then
    his girlfriend Heidi Marks has in 2 yrs...*)) I took 27 pictures,
    can't wait to have them developed. I also gave Vince my sunglasses
    and he was wearing them for a few tunes...
    
    	After the show, hung out with Randy (who I had met in Rochester
    after the Ozzy show) talked for a few minutes with Robbie Crane
    and Brent Woods. Man it was an AWESOME time. Vince also killed some
    guy who threw a beer and hit Brent Woods, he pointed him out and
    just frecked on him, I thought the crowd (myself included) were going
    go kill this meatball. 
    
    	All in All, this show was freakin GREAT. I'm still deaf, but
    had the BEST time. And I would suggest this show to everyone...

    How do I know this everyone...well...first thing Bobby did when he got
    in was set up the slide projector in the office here and then started
    selling tickets at the door for the show.  Sure no one else showed up
    and I was already in said office but it went over well...only one other 
    ars**ole in the room and then just like that the show was over!

    	I haven't found a copy of it yet. But I was told that in the
    magazine Metal Edge, there are some CD seller's in there and you
    can buy it for $30 some dollars (the guy who was telling me this
    was at the concert and from Vancouver, where he paid $75. He was
    a "real" fan like my self. We met when he saw my Theatre of Pain
    Tat, and then he should me his Girls Girls Girls tat -same as Vince's-
    he has a ton of import stuff and we are suppose to exchange stuff,
    but I still haven't heard from him) Sorry for gettin of track there,
    but its called Carved in Stone II (the two I's standing for the
    2 additional tracks, 25 or 6 to 4 and Iggy Pop's Lust for Life)
    and this CD does NOT have Skylar's Song on it.

    Caught Vince this weekend up to the Club Casino.
    Decent show....the sound was off....but by the time Vince
    came on I was pretty much deaf anyways. Made my way to the front
    row and just jammed out. It was fun....I think the highlight
    was when he did some old Crue...ie, Red Hot, Live Wire...etc.

    	I know I'll get shot for this but......  how was Slaughter?
    

Slaughter was very loud and the sound was very off.....Although I 
dont think it was the bands fault...the sound board guy just didn't know
what he was doing. I really liked Slaughter back when Stick it to ya
came out...so it was cool seeing them live and up close....but I also
found myself getting bored with them as they did too many slow wave
you hands/sway with the crowd ballards. Maybe it was just the mood
I was in but when Fly to the Angels came on it was time for another drink ;-)

    	Funny, because in Toronto, Slaughter's sound was screwed up
    as well. They were very good, but you couldn't really hear the singer
    over the guitars. I didn't think Warrent would be able to top
    Slaughter's show, but Warrent came out smokin. I'm not even a fan
    of theirs, but with Janne crowd surfin, the sound system sounding
    alot better, the new song of theirs kickin and the over all crowd
    reaction they definatly put on a great show. Then to top it all,
    Vince came on just crushed the place...He put on a great show...
    Speakin of which, how does one get a hold of the picture-album,
    there are about 7-8 of us here in Ottawa, perhaps we could see some
    of the concert-shots by the other metalers, and I can add a couple
    Vince Neil shots...
    
    	On a side note, again on the Rock report last night, they stated
    if the Record Executives, get their way, Vince will be back with
    the band. They have no desire to produce anymore Vince-Less-Crue.
    Aswell, Nikki Sixx dedicated his first Harley (the one on Girls,
    Girls, Girls - however with a new engine, paint job etc) to the
    LA Hard Rock Cafe (along with an Elvis bike, Bob Dilan bike and
    David Bowie bike) Nikki drove right into the bar with his son 
    Gunner and made the presentation. He made no-comments about the
    reported Re-union of the Crue.
