Why, didn't there album get a pretty low review from Metal Hammer?
Have you heard them and disagree with the review? Most French bands
inhale very deeply, so I don't know if anyone will discuss them!

Why *didn't* their album get a low review?! I dunno, perhaps they're a
French band with a difference. Moshduck is making a copy of the album
(of course with all permission granted...cough cough) for me so I'll
let you know how they sound.

Reviews are sometimes wrong. I don't know Treponem Pal but few months ago
Metal Hammer gave a very bad review to Lethal. They were completely wrong
because Lethal's album is excellent (even MH has included an article on Lethal
two issues after). Sometime the guys listening the album are not in a good mood
and this influences badly the review.

    TREPONEM PAL AGGRAVATION ****

Erecting immense walls of noise, TP induce violent states of hypnosis
through relentless repetition and grim, drilling shocks to the brain,
disguised as 'songs'. Picking up the entrails of metal and Industrial
hardcore, feedback and machinery operate in battering waves, the vocals
are thickly distorted and emerge as if from a nightmare, a song
entitled 'Love' finds its way in and gets impregnated with perversion
and abomination. Nasty all the way, Treponem Pal throw a whole new
light on Paris, their hometown, which is usually tainted with romantic
connotations. Romance? Forget it, this is blinkered and bogged down
    and therein lies the beauty.

So just because, it has a bad review in 1 magazine, it should not be in
the conference. Nice.

Nice. Please name the ones you are talking about.

> so I don't know if anyone will discuss them!

I will if you really want to start a discussion. Not sure you really are
interested.

PS : Didn't Anthrax covered a song called Antisocial ?
