I read their profile in Metronome and heard the demo. *GAG*

495.3 | Here's the line-up as it stands today.. | BTOVT::BRONSON | Bob Dylan sings like my dog! | Fri Mar 01 1991 06:56 | 43 |
|
Cry Wolf is .......
Timmy Hall - Vocals
Steve McKnight - Guitar
Phil Deckard - Bass
Paul Cancilla - Drums
Side 1 -
Road to Ruin
Red Shoes
Face Down in the Wishing Well
Long Hard Road
On the Run
Side 2 -
Stop, Look and Listen
Pretender
Dirty Dog Night
West Wind Blows
Back to You
If you listen to side 1 first then follow up with side 2 you
will like the tape, but if you reverse the order I believe you'll
be disappointed. The band spends the first side trying to find out
where the vocalist is going with his notes. He seems to be singing
scales that are not in the base song....side 2 is good music. The
base songs have better adhesion and the vocalist seems to be a part
of the band afterall. Oh yeah....they do the typical slow tune like
all the other bands.
Bottom line....I like the band and will probably listen
to this tape a few times over the weekend over a few cold ones!

I saw them perform one of their songs on MTV last night. I thought
they sounded great. However, I couldn't figure out if the lead singer
was male or female. They didn't show a good view of "it", so I have to
guess........ I sure would like to hear more of their music. Sounds
interesting........

Judging by the names of the band members I will have to assume that
they are all male!
