And here is a topic for Evil Dead. They are from California and they play thrash recalling quite much Nuclear Assault, but not as good or fast. I know they have released an EP and the album "Annihilation of civilization" which I got. "Annihilation.." is not bad and is only thrash, so occasionely thrash amateurs can give a listen to it. There are few very good songs but also less interesting ones. I think they have good potential to become better and better. Like Nuclear Assault they sing much about pollution and social problems. Conclusion: Not on my favourite list at this moment. Sorin

But because of less activity in EHM and by commodity I open topics here where more people can read and answer to. I like some of the thrash bands which are more creative and play with imagination (I'm very attentive to sound quality also). I've tried in time to approach also hard core bands like Dead Kennedys, Lords of the new church and others but it's not (at this time) something to hook me. I listen at the occasion but I don't buy. I just picked up a 4-song EP [record ... yuck!!] for $.99 at Good Vibrations, but I forgot what it's called. It's got a song called "S.T. March" [I believe], written by Suicidal Tendencies, and a song written by another band on it. Any comments on it before I get a chance to listen to it? GTI |
