34.19 | If ya need another hint, just ask! | POLAR::TYSICK | Prying Open my Third Eye | Tue Apr 08 1997 07:15 | 13 |
| Wow, it's been more than 2 years since anyone's entered a trivia type
question!
So here's a fairly difficult one.
The band now know as "The Barstool Prophets" were once known as
"*** ***********" but had to change their name because of it being the
same as this just recently popular band.
Hints- The Barstool Prophets named their first album "Deflowered" in
memory of the groups first name.

Well, that's a tough one. 8^)
I had no clue what the answer was until I got to your hint. And
the least you could have done was not replace every letter of the
answer with its own asterisk. 8^)
|
34.21 | hmm, makes me wonder about you man! | SUBSYS::MSOUCY | MentalmETALMike | Tue Apr 08 1997 10:05 | 10 |

And I was thinking air supppppply but that doesn't quite do it, and as
for Deflowered.....I can think of virgin for some strange reason, but
doesn't fit in either! ;-)
|
34.22 | So was "Chasing the tail of Dogma". | POLAR::TYSICK | Prying Open my Third Eye | Wed Apr 09 1997 07:53 | 7 |
| Well the answer is (and I know Slab got it) "The Wallflowers".
Mike, my p/n has to do with Jungian Theory which is some pretty wierd
stuff that I won't go into detail about. And more accurately, it's a
line I stole from TOOL, from the song 3rd Eye. FYI of course. [^;=

drugs.
