| Naw Didier,
this is Taylor's bit of "extra curricular" activity outside of Queen.
I doubt that Queen has called it a day. Sadly, I feel the they have
become little more than a band of convenience - undoubtedly talented
- but nevertheless, lacking the purpose or direction they once commanded.
I know that the rest of the Queen members were pi$$ed at Freddie
for refusing to tour on the back of "The Miracle" album (title -
not a personal opinion ;-) ), so I guess Roger will use The Cross
project to vent his live frustrations.
Glad to hear that this album sounds a little tougher. The first
one was pretty limp.

| So it's The Cross 2nd album or was Roger's first solo project under another
band name ?

I thought Brian May played guitar for Queen?
Did they have 2 guitarists at the same time, or did one
take over for the other?

Brian May plays Guitar for Queen, Roger Taylor plays the Drums.
The Cross is one of several solo projects for Roger.
The first was called (forgot at the mo but was something to do with aliens),
the second was Strange Frontier. Then came the Cross and
their first album with Cowboys and Indians, and Shove it on it. This is indeed
the Cross's second album
Bria May did the Starfleet project, Freddie did Mr Bad Guy and an Opera album
with Montserrat Caballe. John did the film soundtrack with the immortals.
