| I have their first release. It was a 5 song EP I think. It
only had a couple good songs. Haven't heard their second one,

| The new album is called " SLAVE TO THE THRILL "
I picked it up yesterday..... First play through and I think its
AWESOME... Very good and clear vocals. Way above average guitar
playing by Doug Aldrich ( he replaced Sarzo )....
I recommend this album to be "bought and played for"

| Just picked up 'Slave to the Thrill' last week. Very good album.
I'm much more impressed with Aldrich's playing than with Sarzo's.
Has anybody heard their stuff on the radio yet? They do a GOOD
ballad that I'm sure will get airplay.

Hurricane hails from LA...where else? They are the flip-flop band of
Quiet Riot (Tony Cavazo plays bass [hiz brother Carlos plays git for
QR], and Robert Sarzo [used] to play geetar [Rudy used to play bass for
QR, now for Whitesnake]), much as Flesh is the flip-flop band of
Extreme!

these people until the other day when i found out that some friends of
mine will be opening for them at Axis next week....I've only heard
that one song they're playing on the V....i forgot the name.....i give
the lead singer a 9 for form on his deadly hair-flip though...../k

| I heard they kicked Robert Sarzo out of the band cuz he kinda s***ed
as a guitarist, and I hear they got some new dude. I saw these guys
before at the paradise and I gotta tell ya Karen, I felt BAD for them
up there cuz they were SO BAD!!! It was really embarrassing, like 70%
of Bostons fledging metal acts were BETTER than this band, that's how
bad they were!!!
A recent review of their latest album...the critic gave it one star,
and the review consisted of 3 words...
Will Induce Vomiting!

| re:/buck........OH NO!......this is not what i wanted to hear!....it's
painful to watch when a band is bad....it's like slowing down at a car
wreck...you don't want to look but you have to.....well, since i'll be
there next week to support my friends anyway, i'll stick around long
enough to give them a listen...maybe they've improved....i'll let you
know what i thought.......the opening comments in this note sounded
so promising too........./k

I have one of their albums and the 'I wanna get next to you' single.
The album I hve has a girl with a dress on, on the front of the
cover, I don't remember the name of it though.
