    Hi,
    
    Has anyone ever seen or heard Anthem?
    
    They started as Japanese HM band and have big name in Japan, but not in
    the world. IMO, they've already reached the level of the world. Soon 
    will be going to be famus ;-). They have much energy, powerfull 
    vocalist, and fresh guitar riffs especially on their last album called
    Hunting Time.

I got to say that it's right. They are very good. I've never seen anything from 
them here but they should be much more famous.

    I had a short listening of the new "No smoke without fire" and it
    punches heavily. Good instrumentals and vocals and high energy. The
    only problem was to understand the words (it's english but not that
    clear).

    Sorin did you listen it on the radio or something? I have that album.
    I was disappointed to listen it because I expected the new album had 
    more cool songs. I think vocal has a monotonous meloday in that album.
    I like previous "Hunting Time" which is more good mixing and cool 
    guitar riffs. 
    
    My best favorite song of Anthem is "The Juggler". 8-)
    
    Well about lyrics, I thought every songs were a mixture of Japanese and 
    English.

    I listened it in a HM shop (and only the first 3 tracks). But it
    sounded quite good.
    Now I understand why only a part of the words were clear to me. My
    japanese is still very poor (I thought at a moment that they were
    singing in japanese but they switched after to english..).
