HI all,
maybe some of you old heavy heads might be able to help
me, way back in my youth i got a loan of an album.it was by a group
called " DUST" . i seem to remember it been on the SUN label.the
band was a three piece & played some pretty heavy stuff.the album
cover showed 3 Viking type figures.if anybody has a copy of this
album i would like to hear from you.the album was around 71 - 74
i think.

Dust, eh? I heard that name in passing last night on "Rock Line".
They were talking with Blue Oyster Cult and one of the guys mentioned
that a bassist (borrowed) on their new album was a former member
of that group. The were commenting on how "heavy" the group was
an what a good bass player this guy is. I heard bits from the new
BOC album too...great stuff! Speaking of which....I think I'll
start a note on these guys....they said something last night that
struck me as very interresting.

I remember Dust... They had two albums if I remember
correctly. The bassist plays on the new BOC album and played with
Rick Derringer when Vinnie Appice was in his band. He is an excellent
bassist. Also I think the guitarist was Rick Wise from some known
band and the drummer I think was or still does play with the Ramones.
I remember having one of the albums at some time or another but
don't remember where it went. I'll check into it.
