Hello, I also have the same problem with 1299.0 but after I try to fix that following with 4.43 , I have already down loadn tga.o.255. but I can not find tga.o under /sys/BINARY on my machine so when I try to copy that file(tga.o.255)and doconfig , I found some error. I can not re-build new kernel. My machine install DUNIX 4.0B and Open3D4.3 with 4D20. This system install Unigraphics Software. The system always reboot everyday. I don't know why?? Anyone can advise me? dear

As it says in Note 4.43: This new driver is recommended for AS 255's with PowerStorm 3D30 or 4D20, running UNIX 3.2G and Open3D v3.4. You are not running UNIX 3.2G and are not running Open3D v3.4; the new driver is *not* intended for UNIX 4.0B/Open3D v4.3. You are correct: there is no tga.o file for such a system. Note 1299 and 1303 say that the system re-boots (by itself) every day. Is that the only symptom? There's no crash (and core file)? Is it a system re-boot, or only the server? What do the error logs say? |
