converts MIDI standard (sequence) files to guitar tab, here it is:

For guitarists involved with midi there is a shareware notation
software for the ibm/pc available at the ftp site louie.udel.edu called
Tab Transcriber, in the directory /pub/midi/software/ibm. This software
notates standard midi files to guitar tablature and allows editing with
the mouse. Your comments are welcomed.
