FWIW - I think they go for about $3500 (Stripped).
Definately no home version on the horizon...But if TC can make stomps,
the Eventide should be able to also...

| If it's the song I'm thinking about, the sound you're hearing is
probably a pick slide on his low B string, possibly with it lowered
even further with the whammy bar.
