I'm KEVIN, work in galway ireland. I usually read only but my curiousity got the best of me. Guitar; LEVIN (like LES PAUL) Fairly dated, I bought this about 8 years ago Trapese tailpiece tone-o-matic bridge 2 f-holes 2 p/ups(?) 3 way switch master vol seperate vols and tones for p/ups mahogony neck/dot inlays body has hairline crack>loss of acoustic sound p/ups are not original >not bad thru vox 100w Question; has anyone out there come across this name before as i'd be interested to find out if it's worth spending money on. thanx

Kevin, Levin guitars were made in Sweden and were popular in the 1960's-1970's. They were bought out by Martin in the 70's. They had a reputation of being decent quality, reasonably priced guitars, and were most noted for their flat-top acoustics. /Steve | |||||
