2435.0. "Bass Synths" by BRUMMY::LAWTON (Well, stab a dog and call me Eric..) Mon Feb 10 1992 09:54

I posted a question in here about sysnthesising the bass guitar and I
can't find it - I guess it's been deleted. Could whoever it was that
took the time to reply, giving the Roland model number, please reply
briefly again? I have recently seen an ad for what I think is the beast
I'm after, but I want to make sure before I go haring off to the wilds
of Yorkshire to have a look (advertised for 500, incidentally...is
    this good?).

    Thanks in advance,

    Phil

I've already sent Phil mail on this, but just so there is no confusion
among anyone in here, I'll repeat what I told him.

His note was NOT deleted! The conference file was lost due to a system
problem on the host system and had to be restored from an older backup
copy which was not current. We lost several days worth of notes in the
process. Please don't go accusing us of deleting your notes if they're
    not here anymore!

It was no problem, really, just curious.

BTW, re. 0 - Rochdale is actually in Lancashire, not Yorkshire. Please
accept my apologies to any Yorkies or Lancies that have taken offence
    and are plotting revenge.

Thanks again to Brian for mailing me with the info on the GR77 -
methinks I'll go and have a look.
