2252.1 | Extreme...ly good! | BSS::SGOHSLER | | Fri Jun 28 1991 16:37 | 7 |
| You might try pulling them right off of the video by taping
it and doing the old play-rev-pause routine.
Scotty -who thinks these guys have probably played together
since shortly after they each left the womb!
What does the rest of their material sound like?

2252.2 | | KDX200::COOPER | Opinionated MIDI Rack Puke | Fri Jun 28 1991 19:32 | 12 |
| The rest of the material is bubblegum/glam/pop-rock/metal.
They throw the ballads in there to swoon the little girls.
They are quite good though. To read all about them,
add LANDO::HEAVY_METAL to you note book or hit KP7 (or SELECT).
I forgot the note number but a dir/title=EXTREME will quickly
reward you with the number.
Extreme is from Boston and is currently touring with DLR.

It kinda repeats after that. The end I can't really remember off the

I hope my tab writing has helped more than confused! If I messed some
part (and I know I did!), just don't play how I wrote it! :^) Maybe
someone else knows the tapping part he does.

2252.4 | No habla tablature | TROA02::CONNOLLY | | Fri Jul 05 1991 14:13 | 11 |
| Somewhere at home I have the actual chord changes written (i.e. C#m
etc., as opposed to tablature). It's tougher to get the passing notes
he puts in, and the basslines, than it is to figure out the chords!
(I think there's less than 10 different chords in the damn thing.)
And I thought (from the video) that he was playing in Eb tuning; thanks
for clarifying that point (it has to be in Eb to get the basslines he
is playing along with the comping).

| I think I have a full score (sounds silly, given only 1 instrument) in a back
issue of GP, send mail if you want a copy & I'll dig it up. -jn-

2252.6 | mad'rew | SNAX::LECLAIRE | | Sun Jul 14 1991 14:12 | 5 |
| I walked into a non-descript music store in Hudson and I had a nice
conversation with Nuno's father. The old gentlemen has been a musician
all his life, and seems to have traveled all over the world.
Without a doubt I think his son's success is due to his father,
period.
