Yeah,,,  We used ta really dig playin that tune.  it was a great second 
set opener...  Soloing in that tune, golly, I could do no wrong.  Great groove
throughout the whole thing.  A few tres-cool key changes....  You should
work those boys over Coop..  Sounds pissa rocked up a little bit.

    "Point it Up" is definitely my favorite Larry Carlton solo.  Well...
    actually, I also love "It Was Only Yesterday" which is the complete
    opposite end of the spectrum (a slow tune).
    
    Actually, it's hard for me to think of any other solo, including Steve
    Morse that I love as much as PIU so it may be my all-time favorite as
    well.
    
    However, anyone who's been to a LC concert knows that it's the ONE
    song he REFUSES to play.  I think he regards it as just flashy even
    though no one else does.
