I've got this old, beat-up telecaster copy that I want to recondition. I understand that I can send away for a few parts (tuning pegs and EMG pick-up) from a Stewart MacDonald catalogue. Is there an address for this catalogue? And once I get this stuff, is there anyone who could install it for me cheap? I'm not a guitarist, but the thing is sitting around gathering dust and I'd like to use it for recording purposes asap. Any suggestions would be most appreciated!

Unless something's changed recently, I recall that they didn't have the active EMG pickups which are the desirable ones. They have mostly Schaller pickups and EMG Selects (the budget pickups by EMG). Greg | |||||

I'll sign up for helping refurbish your Tele when you get the parts. I noticed we have the same address, so it would be convenient. Send me email and we can get together. regards, John |
