    Dude,

Bring it to Rob at Mr. C.'s in Marlboro. That shouldn't be too hard to
get to from Leominster...it's right on Main St. in Marlboro.

Rob is one of the best skilled persons in the area to work on the
new, high-tech guitars, esp. those featuring Floyd-Rose-type tremolos!
He's really good with BC Rich, Ibanez, Charvel/Jackson, and Kramer-type
guitars. I know, I searched long and hard to find someone to do setups
on my Ibanez', and Rob came through with the goods...they play really
    nice!

I guess everyone has their personal hero,,

I live in leominster too, and no, you probably will NEVER be happy
with Fitchburg Music, (Unless you go to buy strings..)

Nothing against FM. but the repair department isn't the best
in the land.

I got to MCDUFF's right next to Spags in Shrewsbury (rte 9)

Rich (in my humble opinion) is the absolute best I've ever seen.

What ever you choose, I'm sure either guy will take care of you.
It's just a matter of where you want to drive to.

Intonating an electric guitar isn't very hard for most electric guitars
with tunable bridges. If you don't feel comfrotable doing it, that's
fine, but I would suggest you consider getting a book on guitar
maintenance and giving it a try yourself. Or having someone show
    you how to do it.

It is really easy, especially if you have a quartz tuner.

You can't recalibrate your tuner? Mine has a button - hold
down the button and play Ab and it will shift everything
	down a half step automagically....
