Have any of you guitarists out there heard of a jazz guitarist from Boston named Bruce Bartlett? If you haven't, you will. I've had the pleasure of playing a few gigs with Bruce in the past few months. This guy is a monster! He does a lot of session work and plays in a lot of different bands, but the band he mentioned as "his band" is called Tiger Baku. Bruce has just finished work on a solo album entitled "Nasty Habits". I don't know when it's coming out (he didn't know when I asked him), but I'll be looking for it. Try to catch him playing somewhere if you can (or check out the album when it comes out). It will be well worth your time and effort. Mike D
