Tom,

We'll need some more information before we can help.

Do you have administrator privilages when you attempted to install DSRS?

Did you already have a copy of DSRS installed and failed to deinstall it
  before reinstalling?

24.3Privileged and not installed DSRS beforeUTROP1::ZWETtom van der zwetMon Feb 17 1997 14:0713
Running NT Workstation 4.0 on AlphaStation 250.

Installed default administrator privileges (but if more
needed no problem. It's my own station and I can adjust
what ever I like.)

Have not had DSRS installed before.

Regards,
Tom van der Zwet

I still believe that the problem is that you did not install
DSRS from the administrator account. Just because your
account has default privileges doesn't mean that you have
all of them.

Could you install DSRS from the administrator account. If
you still have the problem then there's something wrong
with our installation procedure.

    You were absolutely right!
    Works proper now.
