    I see that Sony has now introduced the Data Diskman, together with a
    bunch of CD-ROM "books". Whatever you might think of this device, it
    will probably result in a significant increase in available CD-ROM
    material.

    I wonder if these disks conform to any existing standard? I presume
    they can be read by CDTV and other CD-ROM drives for the amiga at some
    low level, but will the contents be readily processable, or will Sony
    try to make to format proprietary?
