| I looked on EOT:: for you. ARC023.ARC is the only version that I can
find there and, of course, you need ARC to deARC it.

| For others who may find themselves in similar circumstances, I've
uploaded (to EOT::AMIGA:[UPLOAD]) each of the 3 primary archive
programs (ARC, ZOO and LHARC) in each others formats...
ARC.ZOO ARC.LZH
ZOO.ARC ZOO.LZH
LHARC.ARC LHARC.ZOO
If you have any one of these programs already, you should now be able
to easily obtain the other two.
