    I am URGENTLY seeking for some sort of Video Titler, Text Titler coming
    from Public Domain.
    
    Any Inputs welcomed (With upload location, great)

    Fish disk 362 contains a program called sMOVIE, this is a video titler
    package for scrolling text. I've copied the program and viewed the
    demos with it and it looks quit good, though I've not yet had time to
    try it out fully. Hope this has been of some help.
