I've uploaded the file VENDORS.TXT to EOT:: This is an Ascii text file (nothing fancy) with names, addresses, phone numbers of Amiga vendors. There are well over 200 listed. I find it handy and thought other folks might be interrested in this data. The information came from various Amiga magazines and product manuals. I'm sure there are Typo's in the file so before you send your checks, or return any valuable hardware or software to any of these folks I'd confirm the address. Also, companies may have moved or , merged, or gone belly up. You'll have to print the file in 132 column mode. Frank

This note looks so lonely without any replies. Thanks for the list Frank. You have provided a nice resource for the DEC Amiga community. Dave
5044.2 | And there are updates also | VSSCAD::GATULIS | Frank Gatulis 226-6140 | Tue Oct 01 1991 19:39 | 11 |
Just another word abou the vendor phone list EOT::AMIGA:VENVORS.TXT For those that use the list, keep an eye on the date. I actual update that thing periodically when I find some new vendors or fix errors. For example, the November issue of Amiga World listed a bunch of new game vendors so I updated, and uploaded a new copy just recently. I didn't think it was worth posting a reply here every time I do it. Frank

I've uploaded a new copy of the vendor address file EOT::AMIGA:[UPLOAD]VENDORS.TXT I don't know if it's a sign of improved Amiga recognition but there seem to be a lot of new Amigproduct vendors showing up. Frank |
