Well I found out myself that they are
Intel CMOS Low Power High speed 1Meg x 1 chips....
NOW I can lay my hands an quiet a few so mail me if you would like
2 Megs (16 chips) 4 Megs (32 chips)
I sell them for 50 U.K. Pounds... and if you buy 32 I pay for postage
(I'll send them in an antistatic case...)

Sorry about my last message it was ambigous...
I'm selling 2 megs (16 Chips) for �50 (U.K.Pounds)
The more people interrested the cheaper I might be able to sell
them..
P.S. (BTW) they are second hand BUT have never been use in the
original board (so they have been desoldered..) the only use is I'll
put
them in my 8-up and test them...
