I can`t find ARC.ZOO or ARC.LZH on the net.
1) I first received ZOO from a friend, and it helped me to unZoo an early
version of LHARC. With this early version of LHARC, I was able to get
the latest version of LHARC. But I can`t get ARC by this way.
The file on TAPE""::AMIGA:[AMIGA.UTILITIES] is of the format ARC23.ARC .
This is a recursive archived file !
Can somebody (out there) upload an ARC.ZOO or ARC.LZH on the net, or
tell me where I can get it ?
2) What is the function of :
TAPE""::AMIGA:[AMIGA.TOOLS] ARC.EXE
TAPE""::AMIGA:[AMIGA.UTILITIES] ARC23.BIN
can those one be usefull on the amiga ? how ?

I've made a copy and put it in the upload area:
TAPE::AMIGA:[UPLOAD]ARC023.LZH
FYI -
- LHARC.EXE, ZOO.EXE, ARC.EXE are versions that run on the VAX. In fact
that's how I made the ARC023.LZH file. They're all out there and
discussed in other notes.
- For the Amiga end you might want to download
DFS::DFS$DUA1:[AMIGA]LZ091.LZH
LZ is a compatable replacement for LHARC on the Amiga end that is
MUCH faster. You'll really appreciate it if you do any de-arcing
of the fred fish disks.
