    	On the Public Domain front there is a Chineese Astrology Program,
    
    Not to good IMHO.
    
    	Or if you want to go further there is a TAROT program about.
    
    
    	Basically the answer to your question is if you want to plot 
    your Birth Chart , I think you are going to have to pay for a program.

P.S. Anyone dealing with purchases in the Uk should note that
there was a recent revision to our TAXES resulting in the
