I'm a beginners, I would like to have some information about how to
download and use the .ZUU* files coming fom AMIGA_BINARIES conference.
In particular I would like understand if it is possible to run a *.zuu
files or I have to uncompress them ?

I believe that the .ZUU files are UUENCODED .ZOO archives so you can
download them as ASCII files and then UUDECODE them to produce the
resulting .zoo files. I'm not sure if the .ZUU files are larger than
the .ZOO files, so you may want to consider this before downloading.
In either case, you can't just run them, you have to decode/decompress
them first. Do a DIR/TITLE=ZOO, UU or DOWNLOAD (among others) for all
kinds of topics on these subjects. Also a SHOW KEYWORDS will uncover
a lot.

ZUU* files after they are concatenated together are *larger* than the
resulting .ZOO file would be after uudecoding.
Moral - UUDECODE first then download.
