Someone was looking for a satellite tracking program. I have uploaded
ORBITS.LZH to TAPE::USER2:[UPLOAD]
Use LHARC x ORBITS to extract it. The directory structure is important
to maintain. Also, read the user guide supplied with it. Keplerian
elements dated in 1990 will not work. Perhaps in V2.0.
