4381.0. "CLAZ (IFF-PS convertor) problems" by GIDDAY::MORAN (I'm not bad-I'm just drawn that way!) Fri Dec 28 1990 07:27

    I've noticed this problem for a while and was wondering if anyone has
    some info for me.

    Basically the problem is with CLAZ. The VMS IFF to PS converter. In
    Large pictures (typically HAM) occasionally I will get a non-fatal
    bugcheck. Typically this happens when I convert a large GIF file using
    Steve Drew's Great GIF to IFF converter. Then when I try to convert
    this to PS using CLAZ - up comes the error. It also happens with other
    IFF's and seems to depend on the IFF file.

    Has anyone else had this problem and/or am I using an old version of
    CLAZ.

    I have included a sample seesion and register values.

    Thanks in advance. Shaun.
