     I recently moved from the U.S. to Malaysia.  I shipped my stock
     A2000HD over and have been waiting for my hardware to arrive.

     Well, my Amiga finally came (yeah!!) but when I power up the disk
     drive won't spin up.  Instead, it seems to 'try' to power up.
     All I get are 5 'clicks' coming from the disk drive, with the
     system hanging after that.

     When I open my Amiga up and disconnect the power to my drive
     everything boots up o.k. from the floppy.  Everything else
     seems to be working fine.  My SONY monitor is still working
     good with the flicker fixer.

     I have a 'stock' Amiga200 HD which, in this case, came with
     a Rodime drive.

     I am using an 800w 220 to 110 step-down transformer.

     Are there any tests I can perform to determine if it is a 
     problem with the hardware or power??

     Still missing my Amiga (so close and yet...)
