4255.0. "MIDI loaders for SPX90,SRV2000,TX81Z, & AlgoRhythms" by VICE::JANZEN (Tom MLO21-4/E10 223-5140) Fri Nov 09 1990 11:23

	I have loaded some of my Amiga MIDI programs into
	TAPE::USER2:[UPLOAD]
	AlgoRhythms.lzh and AlgoRhythms.readme.
	SRVLOAD.LZH and SRVLOAD.readme
	SPXLOAD.LZH AND SPXLOAD.readme
	TXLOAD.LZH and TXLOAD.readme.

	Archived with LHARC. Use LHARC -x -a x SPXLOAD.

AlgoRhythms
	Minor Update of the MIDI-only music improvising program on Fish #356.
	A MIDI interface on the serial port is required. AlgoRhythms
	"improvises" music based on equations, and as such is an example
	of algorithmic composition as well as automatic composition.
	This version is easier to look at and has more scales.
	Runs from Workbench. Source are included. Version 1.01 by
	Thomas E. Janzen.

TXLOAD	Reads a text file of Yamaha (TM) TX81Z parameter settings, formats
	it for SYSEX, and sends it into the edit buffer of the TX. TXLOAD
	is for voice set ups; TXPLOAD is for performance set ups.
	Runs from CLI. Requires a MIDI interface. Source included.
	Version 1.0 by Thomas E. Janzen.

SPXLOAD	Reads a text file of Yamaha (TM) SPX90-II parameter settings,
	formats it for SYSEX, and sends it into the specified SPX90 program
	memory. Also write the hexadecimal message to the screen.
	It then selects that memory preset to activate the new patch.
	Can also write binary files of the sysex message. Requires a
	MIDI interface. Runs from CLI. Sources are included. Version 1.0 by
	Thomas E. Janzen.

SRVLOAD	Reads a text file of Roland (TM) SRV2000 parameter settings,
	formats it for SYSEX, and sends it into the specified SRV2000
	program memory. Can also write binary files of the sysex message.
	Also writes the hexadecimal message to the screen. Runs from CLI.
	Requires an Amiga with MIDI interface. Sources are included.
	Has never been tested on an SRV2000. Version 1.0 by Thomas E. Janzen.
