Modem games:
Firepower (MicroIllusions) is a classic tank battle/capture the flag
game with great graphics and sound.
A friend and I once played for about 8 hours straight.

| There is a company (I don't remember the name) that produce line of
games, there is TELEWARS I ,TELEWARS II, and TELEBATTLES, That can only
be played over a modem.

one of those games is out under a new title, this time you can play
against the computer or over modem. Unfortunately, I don't remember
it's new name. Saw it at the Memory Location.

| Powerdrome is another game that you can link by modem (although I've
never used this feature). The game itself is a 3D futuristic race track
which you fly along. Its incredibly difficult and you can only master
it using the mouse to control your ship, but still fairly enjoyable.
I've seen this game going for under a tenner on some mail order lists.

An old one you can use with a cable/modem is Flightsimulator.

How can you play firepower just with a cable (no modem)?
I've tried many things but couldn't start it
