Could someone tell me where the cheapest place to buy memory chips
for the 2000HD would be ? It has a 2901 disk controller that requires
256Kx4 DRAMs of 120ns speed or better.

I bought some at Microprocessors Unlimited. 918-267-4961
256kx4 100ns were around $6.50 per.(I do not remember the price exactly
but they were less expensive than anywhere else I called) They may even
be cheaper now.
They ship Federal Express. I ordered them Tuesday and they arrived
Wednesday.
