	I believe that the dealer has to send in a check from you with an authorization form signed by the school rep. Then they ship the system to the dealer. After you pick up the system, CBM processes the paperwork,and then the dealer gets a credit. You may be able to take a cash advance on the credit card,use this to back the check,but I am not sure how this works as far as interest etc; bill
