Heys AMIGOIDS! I just bought a GVP Impact A2000-8/X SCSI/RAM Controller. They are on sale for $225 for GVP dealers. This is the unpopulated memory board which can be loaded up to 8MB of SIMM chips and also it is a SCSI drive controller. Now my question is - Does anyone know a reliable and CHEAP source of SIMM CHIPS??? The Chips a 1MB by 8 with a speed of 120ns or faster. I have seen them in MACWorld, would those work?? I did a dir/title="SIMM" and found no entries. Please advise. Thanks & Regards, Chuck

Look for notes discussing the Microbotics 8-UP card, I think it uses the same SIMMs... |
