| Just fly to it at an altitude of less than 100 feet, shoot a missile or
use your cannon on it, then shoot down every MIG you see and
successfully land on your carrier. You can't sink the enemy Carrier,
just take a potshot at it.
Good luck!

Just for the record, this has been discussed before. A dir/tit=interceptor
will find at least a couple of notes on the subject.
Also, if memory serves, you don't even have to fire a shot at the
carrier; save your ammo for the enemy MIGs. As .1 pointed out, just
make it there undetected and destroy *all* the MIGs (4 or 5 total).

I called EA about this very thing. It would seem that you are right,
the carrier cannot be sunk. I have been able to get a mission complete
message by going out and shooting down the migs that are there, then
landing, then going back out, and shooting down 1 or 2 more migs. I've
even been able to do this without EVER shooting at the carrier.
