    hi,
    
    i'm having a problem getting a newcli from within a program under these
    circumstances:
    
    i open a hi-res screen/window with 16 colors,
    i add myself as an input-device handler with greater priority than
    intuition (according to the examples supplied in the amiga
    documentation)
    
    when i:
    	clifile =  open("...../newcli")
    	execute("",0,clifile)
    
    i don't get a new cli window.
    
    what's wrong?

    ps: the screen/window is borderless/backdrop and not moveable
    ps2: i'm using manx c latest release
