3643.0. "Compaction routine help !!!!" by GIDDAY::MORAN (I'm not bad-I'm just drawn that way!) Tue Apr 03 1990 05:31
I was wondering if anyone could help me out there ...
I am at the present writing a demo that would play compacted digitized
sound samples that are on the floppy disk. This program is to be
written in assembler. The thing is that I need a good example of a
compaction routine writen in assembly as I can't read C code.
Does anyone have such an example that they could send me. I don't need
a very high rate of compression but what I will need is something that
could decompress fast enough to play a sample at the right speed.
Thanks in advance.
Shaun Moran - GIDDAY::MORAN.
