I don't know if I have a system problem or have found a new virus. I have a
2000 booting from floppy then transfering control to my hard disk. I shut the
system off for the first time in months last week and when I powered it up
last night, It made it through most of the startup sequence, then the CLI
screen started walking down the display in 1 inch steps every one or two
seconds. I have my boot floppy write protected and the drive light was
staying on. I rebooted and got a software error guru. The next reboot
was fine and my system came up with no problems. The only thing new in the
last few months were a few commercial games that I had to boot standalone
because they don't play well with others.
Anybody else seen this dropping screen?
