I just talked to tech support at Mindscape (708/480-8715). The person there said that they are merging with another company and any problem reports would not be worth taking until the new company decides what to do about the MindScape products. In specific Gauntlet II does not work well with more than one meg of memory due to improper memory management. (Very long load times.) They have no plans to fix this or any other problem with any other product at the current time. After the merger happens, they will know what is going to happen. No, I do not know what company they are merging with.

Re: .1, Yes it does work with the obese Agnus, however, I also have fast memory (a 4 MB A2058) So I don't know if it will need to find some fast memory or not. |
