I assume that the file is:
Directory TAPE::USER2:[UPLOAD]
LZHSRC10.LZH;1 10 20-JAN-1990 23:34:58.00 (RWED,RWED,RE,)
^^^
If so, the translation job would be a bit difficult for us non-amiga
owners....
Could you please up load an .arc or .zoo version of this archive??
Thanks,
Rob

3370.2 | I'll add it to VMSSWeep | CLO::COBURN | When will THEN be NOW? ...SOON! | Sat Jan 20 1990 17:42 | 10 |
| I'll see about adding LZH format to VMSSweep.
Everyone who cares: There is new version of VMSSWeep (V3.7) that
supports Stream_LF files and will report the record type so you will
not have to do a Dire/Full to find out.
It is located at CLOVAX""::DISK$USER1:[COBURN]VSWPV37.FOR

| I just looked at the LZHUF.C file in the archive. It is only the
decompression algorithm. Does anyone have the description of the
archive layout?

3370.4 | Sorry 'bout the false alarm!! | GIDDAY::MORAN | I'm not bad, I'm just drawn that way! | Sun Jan 21 1990 21:00 | 8 |
| Soory about the mistake there I just assumed that it was the source to
LHarc not just the decompression algorithim.
Unfortunately I have'nt seen anything else about this archiever ( I was
lucky to find the sources!!).
Sorry ... Shaun Moran.

| Has this progressed any further?
Most of the USENET stuff seems to be coming down LHARC'ed, and I would
like to be able to extract the docs for the stuff and examine it here
at work, to see if I want to take the time to download it.

3370.6 | I have the source... | CLO::COBURN | Growing older, but not up... | Thu Mar 15 1990 12:54 | 13 |
| The complete source for LHARC was posted in comp.sources.misc last week
and I have a copy now to look at.
Since the VMSSWEEP product is becoming a pain to add capability without
a complete rewrite I am looking at modifying LHARC to compile and run
on VMS, however it is highly U*IX and MessyDOS dependant and will take
awhile to complete (I heven't even had a chance to figure out what the
pieces of the program do yet).
I'll be continuing my efforts - anyone else want to look at it? Send me
mail and I'll send source.
John
