    I noticed a couple of notes looking for the keymap codes.  This
    note seemed a good place to put all keymap/keyboard info...

The keycodes (in hexadecimal) are as follows:
 
	5A      Numeric Pad (   (A2000)
	5B      Numeric Pad )   (A2000)
	5C      Numeric Pad /   (A2000)
	5D      Numeric Pad *   (A2000)
	5E      Numeric Pad +   (A2000)
 
The complete keyboard (including keys 30 and 2B found on many European
